Senior Payroll Associate Saskatoon

Process bi-weekly payroll and support local Co-op clients as a Senior Payroll Associate with FCL in hybrid Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Federated Co-operatives Limited is hiring two permanent Senior Payroll Associates within its People & Culture team. You will work with Payroll Services, reporting to the Supervisor, Payroll Services. The work includes payroll remittances, customer support, year-end reporting, employee file updates, and payroll record security.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for local Co-op clients
Ensure accurate remittances and meet payroll deadlines
Address client inquiries related to pay
Prepare T4s, vacation payouts, and related reports
Manage Workers Compensation reports and error notifications
Requirements:
High school diploma and payroll experience preferred
Enrollment in Payroll Compliance Professional Certification
Completed Payroll Compliance Legislation Course
One year of relevant experience, or two-year diploma
Payroll Compliance Professional designation and two years payroll experience
Bring payroll processing, client support, and compliance knowledge to FCL’s People & Culture team in Saskatoon.
