As a Personal Care Assistant, you will deliver high standards of care to VMCH residents. Your support will help maintain safe, positive surroundings for residents and colleagues. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, sensitivity, and service commitment are central to this work.

Requirements:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
