Retail Merchandising Supervisor

As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will direct Merchandising Associates according to Merchandising Execution Manager priorities. You will support seasonal resets, one-off projects, stocking, price changes, labeling, signage, and displays. The role also includes performance management, reporting, and planogram execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, train, and develop Merchandising Associates
Manage direct reports’ performance and development
Partner with store leaders on merchandising strategies
Direct stocking, price changes, labeling, and display organization
Order and set signage and POP to planogram
Requirements:
Retail merchandising or large-scale retailer experience
One or more years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills with web-based application knowledge
Comfort with ladders, lift equipment, and heavy lifting
Bring retail supervision, merchandising execution, coaching, and attention to detail to The Home Depot’s customer-focused store teams.
