Use SAP and Basware in a hybrid Toronto finance placement with Lindt & Sprüngli. Develop practical skills across invoice matching and expense processing.
The Accounts Payable Co-op provides Winter 2027 support for Lindt Canada’s Finance team. From January through April, you will process invoice and expense activities while maintaining a small accounts payable portfolio. The work connects with Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, Packaging, and Accounts Payable colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Process indirect expenses through Basware
Match third-party invoices and supporting details in SAP
Match intercompany invoices with receipts
Attend to statement reconciliation and vendor inquiries
Collaborate across Accounts Payable and partner teams
Requirements:
Student in an accredited finance or accounting co-operative program
Within six months of recently graduating
Knowledge of accounting principles and foreign currencies
Ability to multitask independently and collaboratively
Accounts Payable experience considered an asset
Strengthen SAP, Basware, reconciliation, and cross-functional finance capabilities through Lindt Canada’s Toronto co-op placement.
