Coordinate aerospace shipments using D365 load planning, accurate documentation, and disciplined receiving processes in this senior planning role.
The Senior Shipping and Receiving Load Planner coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, customer pickups, and outside-carrier loads. You will build loads through D365, manage appointments, prepare shipping documents, and verify completed work. The position also supports receiving, inventory identification, returns, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, pickups, and carrier loads
Build D365 loads and release completed work
Maintain appointments and confirm outbound schedules
Prepare load lists, packing slips, and bills of lading
Verify load accuracy and supporting documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
Previous shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience preferred
Intermediate computer skills and D365 experience preferred
Strong organization, communication, and decision-making abilities
Commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and accurate records
