In this temporary full-time position, you will ensure efficient operations in mental health and addiction services while managing a dedicated team. As a Program Supervisor, you will focus on program development, financial management, and maintaining a safe work culture. Your role will be integral to service delivery and community health collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of mental health and addiction programs
• Supervise and coach front-line staff to enhance service delivery
• Foster an inclusive, trauma-informed work culture
• Monitor client flow and care coordination across programs
• Manage budgets and report expenditures with Corporate Services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Minimum five years in mental health and addictions experience
• Two years in a leadership role within a community-based environment
• Strong knowledge of harm-reduction care models
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and police check required
