In this position, you will act as the primary project contact, liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service. A strong understanding of Business fixed line, WiFi, and data connectivity is essential. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with engineering and other teams, and maintain robust communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver B2B customer solutions within specified timelines
• Act as primary contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Liaise with customers throughout project delivery
• Coordinate with management, landlords, and third-party contractors
• Provide weekly project updates and reports
Requirements:
• Experience in project management or service delivery
• Qualification in Business Studies or Project Management
• Strong knowledge of WiFi technologies
• Experience in a Telecom operational environment
• Proven ability to build effective customer relationships
