Food Preparation Service Worker

Prepare and serve meals while applying food safety and portion control standards in a customer-facing food service setting. Support quality presentation daily.
This Food Service Worker prepares ingredients, presents meals, and serves customers across retail areas. The work includes cashiering, line serving, food storage, cleaning, and supply distribution. You will follow approved recipes, production standards, sanitation requirements, and service procedures while communicating concerns to supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables
Carry food pans, kettles, and trays safely
Store food using wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
Prepare daily items for purchase and service
Serve customers efficiently and resolve concerns appropriately
Requirements:

FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
Cash register familiarity considered an asset
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good verbal and written English communication
Bring food preparation, customer service, and safety awareness to consistent meal production, presentation, and service responsibilities.
