Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact clients regarding overdue receivables
• Conduct scheduled collection calls and document key interactions
• Research and resolve invoice disputes promptly
• Liaise with sales to coordinate collection efforts
• Build strong relationships with team members and clients
Requirements:
• 3+ years of collections experience in B2B settings
• Fluent in English and French, both written and oral
• Strong customer-focused attitude and proficiency in Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
