Probation Officer Case Management

Use organised case management and professional judgement as a full-time Probation Services Officer supporting people before and after sentence.
The Probation Service is seeking an empathetic, patient, and organised officer for varied work in Scunthorpe and Grimsby. You will undertake assessment, sentence implementation, offender management, and report production. The position also provides case management support under established procedures and practice directions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide case management support across probation caseloads
Undertake assessment work before and after sentence
Complete sentence implementation activities
Produce reports supporting probation service decisions
Apply procedures and practice directions to casework
Requirements:

Empathy when supporting people on probation
Patience in varied and demanding work
Strong organisation across assessment and casework
Right to work in the UK
Compliance with Civil Service nationality requirements
