Public Health Registered Dietitian

Advance community health as a Registered Dietitian with nutrition expertise, health promotion skills, and a full time schedule in Lambton County.
The County of Lambton seeks an RD for Public Health Services. You will apply Ontario Public Health Standards, assess population health, plan programs, and evaluate initiatives. The work serves diverse populations through culturally safe, equitable, and evidence-informed practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Design nutrition and public health education interventions
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community events
Analyze surveillance data and interpret population health findings
Develop communication and social marketing interventions
Mobilize partners across health, education, and social services
Requirements:
Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition or equivalent
Approved Dietetic Internship or integrated undergraduate nutrition program
Current good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
At least one year of community or public health nutrition experience
Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle access
Bring nutrition, population health assessment, and partnership skills to the County of Lambton’s public health programs.
