Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst

Apply analytical and problem-solving skills as a Credit Analyst supporting key customer accounts and the accounts receivable team in Victoria, British Columbia.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, this Credit Analyst works Monday through Friday with customer accounts, payment records, invoices, and collections. The position requires advanced Microsoft Office, MS Navigation, general accounting knowledge, and professional communication. You will help resolve account issues while meeting month-end deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on key customer accounts and rectify discrepancies promptly
Post daily cash, check, and credit card payments
Check invoices for accuracy and resolve errors
Collect past-due accounts with the Credit Manager
Create accounts, verify credit, and file required documents
Requirements:
One to two years’ Accounts Receivable or similar experience
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office and MS Navigation technical skills
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Professional verbal and written communication abilities
Support accurate receivables, customer relationships, payment posting, and credit verification as a Credit Analyst in Victoria.
