Hybrid Environmental Assessment Specialist Role

Contribute to community development with GCL Environmental Ltd. as an Intermediate Contamination & Assessment Specialist. This hybrid position blends on-site fieldwork with important reporting responsibilities in Alberta.
At GCL Environmental Ltd., we’re looking for an Intermediate Contamination & Assessment Specialist passionate about environmental restoration. With 3-5 years in environmental consulting, especially in oil and gas, you'll not only manage Phase II ESAs but also mentor upcoming talents in this vital industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support execution of Phase II ESAs
• Collect and accurately document field observations
• Draft comprehensive environmental compliance reports
• Interpret environmental data and collaborate with teams
• Manage field documentation and submit reports timely
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas environmental consulting
• Strong skills in technical writing and data analysis
• In-depth knowledge of Alberta/Saskatchewan regulations
• Capability to work both independently and in a team
• Openness to travel as required for project success
