Capability Support Services, operated by Thrive Group, is hiring a part-time Personal Attendant. Carey House is a shared-living, congregate home offering continuous support. This position enhances residents’ quality of life through personal support, social development, and encouragement toward fuller independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Enhance residents’ quality of life through personal support
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Direct and support residents’ self-care activities
Encourage residents’ development in all life areas
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and community partners
Requirements:

Ability to develop supportive relationships with residents
Ability to empathize with physical and emotional needs
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize assigned work
Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
