Support children’s intellectual, social, and emotional development as an Early Years Educator with Busy Bees, using communication and organisation skills.
This Nursery Practitioner role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above. You will create engaging educational spaces and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage. The position suits someone experienced with children under five and interested in early childhood education. You will support children’s care, development, and family connections as a key person.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare materials and arrange stimulating learning environments
Plan activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage
Support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development
Oversee children’s development and care needs
Build strong connections with children’s families
Requirements:
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education
Experience working with children under five
Genuine interest in early childhood education
Good communication and excellent organisational skills
Ability to apply child development knowledge when planning activities
Bring early years expertise, organised activity planning, and child-focused communication to Busy Bees as an Early Years Educator.
