Elevate Service Group Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee national rollout projects in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on managing multiple concurrent construction and facility programs for QSR clients across Canada.
As the first Program Manager at Elevate Service Group, you will be pivotal in launching a dedicated channel for national account programs. You will coordinate hundreds of projects involving franchisees, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction. Your expertise in project planning and client management will set the stage for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-site construction and equipment deployment programs
• Develop project schedules and reporting structures
• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee project execution and contractor coordination
• Build long-term vendor and subcontractor relationships
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Project or Construction Management
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building prowess
• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
