Take charge as the Manager of Retail Planning & Inventory at Restaurant Brands International. Lead inventory management, demand planning, and optimize processes across Tim Hortons' sales channels.
In this pivotal role, you will manage SKU-level forecasting for new collections and promotions. Collaborating closely with Category and Channel Managers, your expertise will support sales growth and product availability. You will refine planning tools and highlight opportunities for process improvements as the Retail business evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee SKU level forecasting for promotions and new assortments
• Develop inventory allocation recommendations for Tim Hortons restaurants
• Manage lifecycle performance and address inventory risks
• Track planning KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for program execution
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Demand Planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Business Intelligence software
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Resilient in a fast-paced environment
