As a Procurement Specialist at ACCIONA, you will support project-wide procurement activities within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. Your strong purchasing experience within construction or infrastructure will be pivotal in managing multiple purchase orders and supplier relationships. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to uphold sustainable practices and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute purchasing activities for assigned procurement packages
• Prepare and issue RFQs, purchase requisitions, and orders
• Obtain competitive quotations from qualified suppliers
• Review quotations for compliance with project specifications
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and status trackers
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement systems
