You will also oversee design reviews, manage project objectives, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transformer design and development according to industry standards
• Conduct technical analyses to enhance performance and efficiency
• Oversee design-related failure analyses and corrective actions
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews and prototyping
• Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing engineers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering
• Over 8 years of experience in transformer design
• Proficient in industry standards (IEEE, IEC, CSA)
• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
