Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator

Coordinate Christmas Kettle operations for The Salvation Army, using scheduling and customer service skills across local shopping locations.
This temporary coordinator oversees several kettle sites within a geographical zone. The work includes supervising campaign workers, supporting volunteers, coordinating coverage, and securing donations. Strong communication, organization, and money-handling awareness support daily campaign needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule staff and volunteers across Christmas Kettle locations
Supervise, support, and assign campaign workers
Deliver and retrieve kettles from assigned sites
Secure donations after every completed shift
Report daily issues and supply deficiencies promptly
Requirements:
Minimum one year of related or customer service experience
Some high school coursework; completion is an asset
Experience with office administration and equipment
Word and Excel skills for campaign records
Valid Ontario Class G licence and personal vehicle
