Support senior residents as a Registered Care Attendant in Surrey, providing medication assistance and compassionate care. This temporary full-time position follows a scheduled shift pattern.
At Aspira Peninsula Retirement Living, you will support residents’ health, safety, and well-being. The work includes resident records, personal service plans, medication assistance, and monitoring resident well-being. You will contribute independently and within the wider team while maintaining comfort, dignity, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete resident care outlined in personal service plans
Provide medication assistance and delegated care tasks
Monitor resident well-being according to residence policies
Answer call bells and door alarms promptly
Maintain records and required documentation
Requirements:
Completed Care Aid certificate program
Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
Medication Certification and medication assistance experience
Current First Aid and CPR training
Strong verbal and written English skills
Bring registered care, medication assistance, and resident documentation skills to Aspira Peninsula Retirement Living in Surrey.
