Autopac Customer Service Advisor

Support Somerset customers with Autopac transactions, licensing products, and coverage options as an Auto Insurance Advisor at ONE Insurance.
This customer service position combines education, technical savvy, and insurance guidance for clients in surrounding communities. You will action transactions, follow ONE Insurance standards, and identify suitable coverage. The role also supports Personal Lines processing and cross sells available auto extension products.
Key Responsibilities:
Action Auto Insurance transactions in a friendly manner
Generate leads through the Prospector Program
Ensure optimum coverage options during Autopac transactions
Actively cross sell available auto extension products
Support Personal Lines processing and related duties
Requirements:
One year of comparable customer service experience preferred
Manitoba licensing and IWS Certification considered assets
Applied EPIC broker management system familiarity considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and efficient organization
Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record check required
Use customer service, transaction processing, and insurance knowledge to deliver professional Autopac support for ONE Insurance clients.
