Key Responsibilities:
• Manage internal controls and financial reporting systems
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and audits

• Drive budgeting processes in partnership with finance managers
• Coach and develop finance team capabilities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong record of leadership in finance roles
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting and auditing standards
• Familiarity with ERP software like SAP or Visual
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
