Support seniors as a Licensed Practical Nurse with AgeCare, coordinating care, delegating tasks, and protecting resident dignity across British Columbia.
The LPN works with the Director of Care and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care. Responsibilities include medication safety, emergency response, delegation, resident education, documentation, and coordination with physicians, families, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely manage medications and narcotics within scope
Assign responsibilities to nursing team members
Direct and delegate tasks to care providers
Oversee emergency response without senior leadership
Coordinate conferences, scheduling, and resident updates
Requirements:

Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Strong clinical knowledge and care coordination ability
Experience supporting seniors or long-term care preferred
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
