Extendicare (Canada) is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide planned, patient-centered nursing care in our long-term care facilities. You will work within an inter-professional team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care and documentation in alignment with regulatory standards.
The role requires current RPN registration, BCLS/First Aid certification, and VPS screening within 6 months.
