Banking Customer Service Representative
Lake View Credit Union
Build member relationships through deposit services, cross-selling, and accurate transactions at Lake View Credit Union’s Dawson Creek branch.
As a term part time Deposit Services Representative, you will support business development through product promotion and responsive service. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 3:00PM. The position requires organization, follow-up, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Recognize member needs and promote available deposit services
Provide recommendations by listening and asking open-ended questions
Process automatic transfers, stop payments, and night deposits
Keep filing current and maintain accurate transaction records
Support positive internal and external service levels
Requirements:
Minimum three years of customer service experience
Business, finance, accounting, or equivalent post-secondary education
Demonstrated sales, service, and business development aptitude
Strong organization, time management, and follow-up abilities
Ability to make sound decisions regarding member transactions
Use relationship building, sales and service focus, and transaction accuracy to support Dawson Creek members every weekday.
