Order Fulfillment Lead

Lead order fulfillment operations onsite for NRI, using warehouse systems, accuracy, and team coordination across Saturday through Wednesday shifts. Ensure client service levels through organized picking, packing, and outbound auditing.
As an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead, you will guide fulfillment teams and ensure processes are accurately followed. Success requires attention to detail, organizational ability, communication, and motivation. You will monitor key performance indicators while supporting active-lifestyle client products. This is a full-time, hourly, onsite position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks within client service levels
Oversee team member training and cross-training activities
Coordinate labor planning with supervisors and Client Services
Perform picking, packing, scanning, tagging, and warehouse duties
Maintain safe, clean, and tidy work areas
Requirements:
Two-plus years of warehousing or light industrial experience
Warehouse management system experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift fifty pounds and stand extensively
Use fulfillment leadership, warehouse systems, and operational accuracy to help NRI meet client service levels onsite.
