Insurance Development Specialist (Full-Time, 14 Month Term) Winnipeg/Hybrid - Brio Insurance

The Insurance Development Specialist supports the Insurance Division’s learning needs and strategic objectives. This 14-month full-time term position develops role-specific content, Acturis e-learning, and Auto Insurance and Personal Lines programs. It also tracks initiatives, advises employees, and coordinates opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Orient new Insurance Division employees during onboarding
Develop course content and presentation materials
Implement and revise role-specific training programs
Create Acturis e-learning and trainee recruiting modules
Evaluate effectiveness and maintain training documentation
Requirements:
Level 2 license or progress toward Level 3
Ability to train and facilitate diverse industry audiences
Comfort presenting in virtual learning environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
Bring insurance knowledge, facilitation skills, and accurate learning administration to Brio Insurance’s Winnipeg-based development team.
