HVAC Inside Sales Customer Service Specialist

Support Daikin customers in Calgary with HVAC product guidance, accurate sales processing, and professional service in an on-site, full-time role.
This Level 1 representative works within Branch Operations, handling customer interactions and core sales functions under established procedures and close supervision. Responsibilities include outbound account communication, quotes, payment processing, shipment coordination, and product education. HVAC knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounts through outbound calls about products and services
Generate new and repeat sales with timely product information
Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits
Monitor shipment dates and coordinate with vendors and departments
Maintain sales records and prepare activity reports
Requirements:
One to three years of progressive sales experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred
Preferred knowledge of HVAC equipment and products
Strong phone, email, and customer relationship management skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and sound judgment
Use HVAC product learning, sales communication, and organized follow-through to support customers and branch sales from Calgary.
