Petworks Veterinary Hospital , you'll join a close-knit, collaborative team delivering
advanced surgical, diagnostic, and rehabilitation care
in a
unique referral and specialty setting . Here, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills, learn from experienced professionals, and
play a meaningful role in helping patients through complex cases
and specialized procedures.

No evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities for true work-life balance
Monday-Friday schedule (32-40 hours/week)
Exposure to advanced surgical and specialty cases rarely seen in traditional GP settings

As a
referral and specialty hospital , you'll work alongside
experienced veterinary professionals
while gaining exposure to orthopedic surgeries, radioactive iodine therapy, rhinoscopy, otoscopy, laparoscopic procedures, complex dentals, biopsies, and
advanced medical cases .
Outside the hospital,
our team enjoys giving back
through community initiatives, including our annual Santa Paws event and ongoing support of Misfit Manor.
Located in Dartmouth, you'll
enjoy the best of Nova Scotia living , with beautiful beaches, lakes, trails, and ocean access just minutes away, along with a vibrant food, arts, and cultural scene.
What You Bring
Registered Veterinary Technician (or eligible for registration in Nova Scotia)
Passion for patient care and veterinary medicine
Strong technical and nursing skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
