Contract Full-Cycle Bookkeeper

Manage full-cycle accounting, QuickBooks, and reconciliations as an experienced Bookkeeper during a six-week contract. Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
This experienced Bookkeeper will manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and daily accounting activities. The assignment supports an open vacancy within the client’s organization. Success requires hands-on full-cycle accounting experience, QuickBooks proficiency, and careful transaction processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Process invoices accurately and within required timelines
Complete reconciliations for financial accounts
Handle day-to-day accounting activities
Ensure timely processing of financial transactions
Requirements:
Five or more years of hands-on full-cycle accounting experience
Strong accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
