Support Walmart OMNI leadership in Victoriaville by resolving customer issues, locating merchandise, and maintaining strong service standards.
In this lead department manager position, you partner with the OMNI Assistant Manager to support customer service and daily execution. You will greet customers, promote products and services, assist purchase decisions, and refer concerns appropriately. You will also assess the OMNI area, secure displays and fixtures, and help train associates while following Company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
Assist merchandise searches and customer purchase decisions
Resolve issues and refer concerns when appropriate
Assess OMNI presentation and note deficiencies
Support training, feedback, and safe area conditions
Requirements:

Be 16 years old or older
Follow Company policy and procedure requirements
Ensure displays and fixtures remain secure
Keep the work environment clean and hazard-free
Help lead Walmart’s OMNI customer experience in Victoriaville through service, merchandise assistance, presentation, and safe execution.
