Personal Lines Insurance Advisor

Personal lines expertise meets client-focused service at HUB International in Red Deer, supporting home, auto, and travel coverage needs. This part-time role works three days weekly from the Red Deer office.
As a Personal Insurance Advisor, you will manage and grow an existing book of business. You will handle renewals, endorsements, new business, and policy changes while reviewing accounts for coverage adjustments. Clear communication, product knowledge, and careful documentation help clients make informed insurance decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage renewals, endorsements, new business, and policy changes
Review accounts and recommend coverage adjustments proactively
Answer phone and email inquiries about coverage, billing, and claims
Pursue cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
Coordinate quotes and terms with insurer underwriters
Requirements:
Active Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License required
Level 2 license preferred or willingness to obtain
Two-plus years of personal lines brokerage experience
Knowledge of home, auto, and travel insurance
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
