Serve ATB Financial clients in La Crete through welcoming banking support, accurate transactions, and personalized financial guidance at the branch.
This Client Service Representative opportunity focuses on understanding client goals and connecting people with appropriate resources. You will deliver friendly service, explain digital banking platforms, and help maintain secure branch operations. The temporary assignment lasts 18 months, is unionized, and occasionally includes neighbouring branch travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and understand their financial goals
Offer personalized solutions and connect clients with resources
Educate clients about digital banking platforms
Follow policies, regulations, and branch security practices
Participate in meetings and share relevant insights
Requirements:
Grade 12 graduate; business courses are an asset
Strong numerical aptitude for banking transactions
Proven customer service or sales experience
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Personal lending familiarity is a plus
Use banking services, transaction accuracy, and client relationship skills to support ATB Financial’s La Crete branch.
