Key Responsibilities:
Achieve leasing goals, conversion targets, and performance indicators
Manage sales pipelines and close apartment leases confidently
Maintain accurate CRM records for prospect interactions
Guide prospects through a personalized leasing process
Plan resident events and engagement programs
Requirements:
Bilingual ability for customer-facing leasing and sales interactions
Six months of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Confident, persuasive, and people-focused communication style
Organized follow-up, time management, and attention to detail
Comfort learning and using CRM systems
