Senior Culinary Leader – High-Volume Event Kitchen

Bingemans in Waterloo, Ontario is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations across the banquet, catering, and onsite venues. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily production, ensure quality standards, and guide a team of up to twelve cooks and three stewards.
The role requires 3+ years of progressive leadership, Red Seal or Journeyman status preferred, and a strong focus on food safety, cost control, and staff development.
