Support warehouse shift leadership while coordinating picking, receiving, and shipping during the morning schedule. The schedule runs Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this Team Lead helps oversee warehouse operations and ensures best-practice processes are understood and followed. You monitor daily productivity and quality goals, support team communication, and escalate issues when necessary. During peak periods or vacation coverage, multiple shifts may be required.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the supervisor with productivity and quality monitoring
Coordinate communication and material movement across the warehouse
Provide on-the-job training support for new hires
Promote safe, standardized, and efficient task completion
Escalate operational issues and oversee supervisor absences
Requirements:

Three years of warehouse MHE experience
Proven track record for workplace safety
Experience using RF-based Warehouse Management Systems
Forklift certification and site-specific equipment experience
Secondary diploma preferred or equivalent education and experience
Combine warehouse task knowledge, team communication, and shift oversight to support customer service and daily operational results.
