Remote Dispatch Controller - Tow & Service Ops

CAA Club Group seeks a dedicated dispatcher to coordinate tow, battery, and light service requests for Members across Ontario and Manitoba. You will assign calls to the nearest contractor, track ETA, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
The role requires knowledge of Ontario roadways, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously from home during afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided remotely with onsite sessions as needed.
