HR Transformation Business Analyst - Contract - 100% Remote
Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a
large healthcare organization in Canada
that is looking to bring on
two HR Transformation Business Analysts
to support a major Workday implementation and wider HR transformation program.
This is an opportunity to help shape future HR processes and service delivery across a complex, multi-organization environment.
Role Overview:
Lead
business process analysis, workflow mapping and requirements gathering
Facilitate workshops with HR, business and program stakeholders
Support the design of HR service delivery models, service catalogs and operating processes
Identify gaps, assess cross-functional impacts and develop recommendations
Work closely with Workday teams to align business requirements with system capabilities
Support testing, business validation and deployment readiness
What's on offer:
100% remote
12-month contract , with potential for extension
Opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale healthcare transformation
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of progressive business analysis experience
supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
Experience working with Workday
Strong experience in
business process redesign, requirements management and workshop facilitation
Knowledge of business architecture, HR service delivery and enterprise software implementations
Proven skills in process mapping, SOP development and testing support
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to independently drive assigned work through to completion
