• Interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain professional client relationships and respond to inquiries
• Schedule equipment maintenance and repair
• Mentor employees on safety and best practices
• Prepare and erect structural formwork for various projects
Requirements:
• CSTS-20 Certification required
• Experience as Carpenter Foreperson in industrial settings
• Ability to lift materials up to 25 kg
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
