Guide collectors and associates at POP MART in Lone Tree, Colorado, using coaching and product knowledge to deliver exceptional retail experiences.
This Retail Sales Lead supervises the sales floor while supporting store operations, performance goals, and POP MART brand standards. You will recommend designer toys, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and exclusive collaborations. The work includes visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, customer transactions, and leadership coverage when managers are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Share stories behind POP MART products and artists
Recommend limited releases and exclusive collections
Help achieve sales, conversion, UPT, and ATV goals
Maintain clean, safe, organized store environments
Support events, launches, and collector experiences
Requirements:
Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, or pop culture
Ability to motivate inclusive, collaborative teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret metrics and improve performance
Must be at least 18 years old
Use customer service, product expertise, and sales leadership to represent POP MART’s collectible brands in Lone Tree.
