Inside Sales Order Coordinator

Coordinate inside sales orders at Zaber using customer communication, order processing, and detailed problem-solving in an onsite, full-time role. Support accurate fulfillment.
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will support Zaber’s Order Fulfillment Team as a customer liaison. You will process sales orders, manage accounts, document team processes, and collaborate with Operations and Logistics. The work includes quotes, purchase orders, RMAs, payment terms, and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes and enter purchase orders and RMAs
Communicate with customers through email and telephone
Coordinate product availability and order lead times
Resolve order issues and customer requests promptly
Negotiate payment terms and customer agreements
Requirements:
Administrative experience, preferably involving order processing or logistics
Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple technologies
Strong attention to detail during interruptions
Effective, empathetic written and verbal communication
Independent initiative and analytical problem-solving skills
Bring customer service, order coordination, and analytical skills to Zaber’s onsite fulfillment team supporting precision technology customers.
