Automotive Retail Operations Manager

Drive automotive retail operations through advanced parts lookup, inventory execution, and team coaching as a General Manager. The schedule includes rotating nights and weekends.
Advance Auto Parts seeks a manager capable of supporting both professional and do-it-yourself business functions. This role combines store systems, automotive parts knowledge, customer service, operational execution, and financial analysis. You will train Team Members on processes, equipment, POS, and diagnostic services while maintaining service and appearance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and train inventory systems and store equipment
Coach DIY and Professional Customer service expectations
Manage operational processes, POS, and parts lookup systems
Review business reports and analyze profit and loss
Maintain store service, appearance, safety, and standards
Requirements:
Ability to locate, stock, source, and look up parts
Ability to train project and product quality recommendations
Effective Microsoft Word and Excel software use
Ability to calculate discounts, sales increases, and gross profit
Ability to speak and write English effectively
Use parts sourcing, operational training, financial reporting, and automotive knowledge to deliver consistent Advance Auto Parts store execution.
