Automotive Parts Advisor Front Counter

Front Counter Parts Advisor needed at Sherwood Park Hyundai in Sherwood, Alberta, using parts research and customer service skills. This is full-time, immediate hire.
As a Parts Advisor within AutoCanada’s dealership network, you will research and source automotive parts for customers and technicians. The work includes price quotes, parts sales, special orders, inventory management, and customer updates. Familiarity with dealership or Parts Department operations is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and source parts for customers and technicians
Issue price quotes and sell parts
Process special-order requests and customer notifications
Restock shelves and organize warranty parts
Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies
Requirements:
Dealership or Parts Department familiarity or experience
Understanding of Parts and Service operations
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, professional, self-motivated, and resourceful approach
Ability to lift heavily and stand for extended periods
Bring automotive parts knowledge, organized service, and accurate order handling to Sherwood Park Hyundai’s front counter.
