As a Part-Time Retail Advisor and Inbound Field Specialist, you represent Clutch during vehicle handovers and appointments. You create personal experiences, answer questions, complete paperwork, and record thorough notes in customer tracking systems. Customer-facing experience is central to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
Build connections and understand individual customer needs
Handle questions and unexpected situations with patience
Complete appointments, paperwork, and customer tracking notes
Inspect vehicles and document their condition carefully
Requirements:
Two or more years of customer-facing experience
Valid G2 driver's licence
Clean driver's abstract without major infractions for three years
Clean criminal background check
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bring customer service, sound judgment, and vehicle inspection skills to Clutch's part-time Retail Advisor team.
