Lead exceptional dining experiences at Il Caminetto in Whistler, BC as the Restaurant Director. Oversee operations, quality standards, and team management for a vibrant, contemporary restaurant.

This hands-on management role reports to the Chief Operating Officer of Toptable Group and focuses on maintaining high production and customer service standards. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable culinary journey through polished service from reservation to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver unforgettable culinary experiences for guests
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team
• Manage the full guest journey from reservation to departure
• Actively engage with guests to resolve concerns
• Develop and implement service standards and SOPs

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in food and beverage industry
• At least 5 years in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong financial management skills
• Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safe Certification
