Your expertise will help optimize operations supported by Community Health Workers while maintaining a premier experience for families. With a strong background in multi-market operations, you’ll help define and implement scalable solutions that improve care access and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day performance of intake, matching, and scheduling
• Set operating expectations for service quality and documentation
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows
• Develop operational plans for new market expansions
• Provide leadership and develop team members in access operations
Requirements:
• 10+ years in access operations or related healthcare roles
• Experience managing operations across multiple states
• Knowledge of payer requirements and authorization processes
• Proven track record of developing effective operating models
• Strong people leadership skills in complex environments
