Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Sport Chek brand ambassador
Inspire and develop the department team
Manage daily footwear department game plans
Communicate through effective team meetings
Drive exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:

Minimum two years of retail experience
Proven retail management background
Track record of business growth
Exceptional customer service skills
Passion for sports and active living
Lead footwear retail performance through sports knowledge, employee development, and exceptional customer service at Avalon Mall.
