Support donor care and donation processing as a Partner Care Associate in Abbotsford, BC, using phone, email, and database skills. This full-time contract follows an 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule.
Power to Change seeks a Partner Care Associate, also known as a Partner Care Representative, for its P2C National Resource Center. You will engage valued donors by handling inbound and outbound requests accurately, courteously, and promptly. The role supports Power to Change’s mission through careful donation administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and process credit card donations
Answer donor and staff calls and emails
Record interactions, transactions, and filed documents
Follow communication procedures and guidelines
Maintain the Donor Direct donations database
Requirements:

Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
Experience with database systems; Donor Direct preferred
Customer service or call center experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite and effective communication
Bring donor service, transaction processing, and database experience to Power to Change’s Partner Care team in Abbotsford.
