Hotel Leadership Development Manager

Develop hotel leadership skills with Sandman Hotel Group through hands-on operations, team development, and one-to-one mentorship across multiple locations.
This Manager-in-Training program prepares energetic, service-oriented leaders for hotel operations and future general management. You will gain exposure to front office, housekeeping, sales, and marketing while strengthening communication, decision-making, and strategic management skills. The program emphasizes guest satisfaction, team satisfaction, and exceptional financial results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams across multiple hotel operating departments
Mentor and develop team members toward challenging goals
Exceed guest expectations through exceptional customer service
Manage expenses, labour, budgets, and sales goals
Review statements, reports, forecasts, and performance results
Requirements:
Minimum two years of hotel supervisory experience
Alternatively, three to four years of sales experience
Alternatively, three to four years of rooms division management
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to relocate within Canada if required
